Movin on up

We were putting away clothes in JGP's room Saturday and looked up to see him standing up in the crib holding on to the rails. He had pulled himself up. Needless to say, JM quickly lowered the mattress in the crib. I ran to get the camera, because, you know, that's what we first-time parents do!

Don't call DHR...

In response to JM's posting of my (soft) block-throwing, I give you a day at the Patrick house when Mama is at work:


I mean, somebody put that baby in his crib already!

Just when you thought this blog had shriveled up and died....

The other day I heard JGP laughing up a storm. I came in the living room to find his mother pelting him with blocks. She would like for me to tell you that they are "soft" blocks and don't hurt him. She still has not explained why she started throwing things at our 8 month old in the first place. Oh well.
