Harper's First Birthday

Our baby girl turned one in April. She started walking right after her first birthday, so we are trying to keep up with her now!

Wee Ball

Should I go get that?
Hanging with Jordan
Learning to hit
Running the bases
Hanging out with Aunt Julie after the game

Things we have learned through Judah's first year of Wee ball:
1) It is hilarious to watch!
2) Three-year-olds have the attention span of a gnat (we already knew that).
3) You need as many adults as you have players on the field.
4) Judah is left-handed.
5) Judah made some good friends.
6) He already wants to play again next year.

Two Years

It Is Not Death To Die

It is not death to die
To leave this weary road
And join the saints who dwell on high
Who’ve found their home with God
It is not death to close
The eyes long dimmed by tears
And wake in joy before Your throne
Delivered from our fears

CHORUS:
O Jesus, conquering the grave
Your precious blood has power to save
Those who trust in You
Will in Your mercy find
That it is not death to die

It is not death to fling
Aside this earthly dust
And rise with strong and noble wing
To live among the just
It is not death to hear
The key unlock the door
That sets us free from mortal years
To praise You evermore

Miss you so much, Dad! Can't wait to see you again!

Random March pictures

Now addicted to Angry Birds (courtesy of Daddy)
First playdate with our friend Hudson
Checking out the viewSometimes you can get free Backyardigans on the internet
(but your computer might blow up)Always wants cookies (he gets that from his Granny)

Biter Biscuits

Harper has been a bigger fan of the biter biscuits than her brother. She still makes a huge mess (just like he did).

Aunt Mandi and Uncle Chris visit

tree-huggers
cookie monster
They got in bed with Uncle Chris and Aunt Mandi every morning.
We do take everyone who visits to Charleston.
What's better than a picnic on the battery?
The happy couple

(What, you expected a picture of the newlyweds?)
